Dr. Chagpar graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2003. After graduation, she went on to complete a residency at the University of Houston specializing in the cornea (the front part of the eye) and contact lenses. She has a strong interest in laser refractive surgery and was the Director of Optometric Affairs at a leading LASIK surgery clinic in Toronto for over a decade. Dr. Chagpar insists in keeping up with the latest lens technologies and offers her patients the best options in spectacle and contact lenses to allow them to have the clearest and most comfortable vision possible. She strongly believes in communication and patient education and she will take the time to answer any questions a patient may have.
Dr. Lam graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry in 2009. Shortly after graduating, she joined Dr. Chagpar's practice and they have been working together ever since. During her career, Dr. Lam has continued to gain invaluable knowledge and experience in the management of many ocular diseases. She also has an interest in specialty contact lens fittings and enjoys working with patients to find the best options to suit their lifestyle and recreational needs. Dr. Lam offers myopia control through overnight contact lens wear, Ortho-Keratology.
Dr. Lam is a member of the Ontario College of Optometrists, The Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
Dr. Raymond Ho
Dr. Ho graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry & has also completed his Masters degree in science. During his final year he completed his primary care internship at Eyes On Stonehaven & completed his ocular disease and therapeutics rotation at the Houston Eye Associates in Texas. Now that he has graduated, he has joined Dr. Chagpar's practice and is a great new addition to the team. Dr. Ho has traveled to Honduras on a mission trip providing eye care as volunteer work. In his spare time he enjoys indoor as well as outdoor rock climbing.
Dr. Ho is a member of the Ontario College of Optometrists, The Ontario Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.
Dr. Carmen Ou
Dr. Carmen Ou received both her Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Waterloo. As an intern, Dr. Ou worked alongside numerous ophthalmologists such as cataract surgeons, retina specialists, cornea specialists and glaucoma specialists across Toronto and York region. Because of her diverse training, Dr. Ou is well-versed in current treatments for a wide range of diseases like glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and dry eye. She also has an interest for specialty lenses and is certified to fit contact lenses for myopia control, keratoconus and ocular surface diseases. Dr. Ou believes that awareness is the best way to prevent vision loss, so she prides herself on educating her patients and providing the tools and resources they need to take care of their health
